This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for users of our Services with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Astrion. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than these Services.
Astrion may, from time to time, update this Privacy Policy by posting an updated version of the Privacy Policy to our Services. In addition, our Services make use of cookies as described in further detail below.

The Personal Data that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. We may collect the following Personal Data when you use our Services:

5. With Whom do We Share Your Personal Data?
We do not sell or rent any of the Personal Data we collect about you to third parties.
We do not disclose any nonpublic Personal Data about you to third parties, except as required by law or regulation and to affiliates and service providers, including vendors providing hosting, purchasing, payment processing, software services, database management and development services related to the operation of our Services, or email marketing services, or other communications we may send to you, in each case as permitted by law. We may also disclose your Personal Data to other parties as may be required by law or regulation, pursuant to legal process, or in response to regulatory inquiries.
Within the last twelve (12) months, we may have shared each of the categories of Personal Data collected in connection with our Services that are set forth above in the Section titled “Information We Collect” with affiliates and service providers.

7. Log Files, Cookies, and Web Beacons
Astrion follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites and collect information such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), among other usage data. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. These are not linked to any Personal Data. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the Services, tracking users’ movement on the Services, and gathering demographic information.
Like any other website, our Services also use cookies. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on our Services that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information. 8. Advertising Partners Privacy Policies
You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of Astrion.
Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Astrion, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that Astrion has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
9. Third Party Privacy Policies
Astrion’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

10. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
This section outlines specific rights granted under the CCPA to natural persons who are California residents and provides information regarding how such California residents can exercise their rights under the CCPA. This section is only relevant to you if you are a resident of California as determined in accordance with the CCPA. Information required to be disclosed to California residents under the CCPA regarding the collection of their Personal Data that is not set forth in this section is otherwise set forth in the Privacy Policy. 12. Children’s Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Astrion does not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our Services, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We employ commercially appropriate organizational, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data in our possession or under our control to the extent possible from unauthorized access and improper use. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to or through our Services; any such transmission is at your own risk.
