A recognized government industry leader, Mr. Dave Zolet brings more than 30 years of experience in the government technology market and a lifelong commitment to empowering customers through innovation. Dave is the CEO of Astrion and chairman of the board of managers of BNH. Previously, he was the CEO of Central Square Technologies an industry-leading public sector technology company backed by Bain Capital and Vista Capital Partners. Prior to CentralSquare, Dave was CEO of government services provider LMI, where he led the firm's transformation to a solutions provider enabling the federal government's digital transformation journey. Dave has also led the national public sector business for DXC Technology, served as vice president of systems integration at IBM, and spent more than 20 years as an executive at Northrop Grumman.

Dave earned an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and his bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Mr. Michael Brewer is experienced in leading large test and evaluation organizations in complex, high-visibility and high-risk environments as well as managing the accompanying test and base support infrastructure.

He has commanded numerous Air Force Test & Evaluation organizations including the Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), 412th Test Wing (Edwards AFB), Arnold Engineering and Development Center (AEDC), and the 46th Test Wing (Eglin AFB). Additionally, having served as the Director of United States Air Force Test and Evaluation (AF/TE) and the Director, Planning, Programming, Requirements & Analysis for Air Force Materiel Command, Mr. Brewer is experienced in Test & Evaluation policy and resourcing for both developmental and operational testing. Mr. Brewer also has served as the Test and Evaluation Executive Director, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) responsible for the TSA Systems Integration Facility composed of multiple laboratories executing developmental, certification, and qualification testing. Mr. Brewer is a graduate of the United States Air Force Test Pilot School.

Ms. Sharon Shirley brings over 30 years of combined experience in earned value management and business operations on Department of Energy (DOE) projects such as, environmental cleanup, closure and decontamination and decommissioning projects at multiple sites across the United States. This includes the Oak Ridge, Hanford, Fernald Environmental Cleanup Project, Savannah River American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) project, Portsmouth, OH D&D Project and the Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride (DUF6) Project. She has moved through the project controls ranks and played a large part in the planning and development of the Ten-Year Plan to complete remediation and closure of the Fernald site. Her project controls career continued at the Savannah River Site where she played a major part in delivering $1.4B of life cycle return on investments to DOE by completing the remediation and closure of several reactors and other projects in a 30-month period. All within the established cost and schedule baseline thresholds. She continued to expand her career into the CFO/Business Management discipline with her leadership of the business functions at the Fluor-BWXT D&D Project and the DUF6 Project. She was the Fluor project manager for the DUF6 Project in Lexington, KY. Other assignments in Contracts and Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources has rounded out her career and provides her with the key elements of a well-rounded leader. Her willingness to take on challenging roles throughout her career has gained her recognition throughout the Fluor and DOE Complex.

Sharon has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a graduate degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Saltzman brings 30-plus years of guiding global operations in DoD and Class I North American Railroad marketspaces. Garnering a distinctive career that includes 26 years of highly successful active-duty service in the U.S. Air Force that resulted in consistent promotions with progressive leadership roles within Depot Program Management and Maintenance, Logistics, and Procurement career fields. Mr. Saltzman has experience in weapon system lifecycle sustainment, FIAR compliancy, and audit readiness at AEDC. As a Senior leader within the rail industry, Mr. Saltzman led maintenance planning, availability, and reliability of a 2,400-plus locomotives fleet across 16 North American maintenance centers and two international craft unions and amasses distinctive expertise in delivering results within performance-based contracts and strategic technology insertion for sophisticated systems.
