Jim Jolliffe has 26 years in systems acquisition and test culminating as 704th Test Group (now 804th Test Group) Commander from 2007-2010, experience in test investment planning and execution, resource (funding) management, test policy and integration, Arnold Community Council past President and member from 2010, experience in system program offices at the Acquisition Wing level supporting the B-1, B-2, B-52 and F-117 who tested at all Air Force Test locations, Test Integration Lead on the Global Hawk Program, Test Manager and Branch Chief at the National Radar Cross Section Test Facility (NRTF) at Holloman AFB, business development director bidding on T&E contracts.

Ms. Sharon Shirley brings over 30 years of combined experience in earned value management and business operations on Department of Energy (DOE) projects such as, environmental cleanup, closure and decontamination and decommissioning projects at multiple sites across the United States. This includes the Oak Ridge, Hanford, Fernald Environmental Cleanup Project, Savannah River American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) project, Portsmouth, OH D&D Project and the Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride (DUF6) Project. She has moved through the project controls ranks and played a large part in the planning and development of the Ten-Year Plan to complete remediation and closure of the Fernald site. Her project controls career continued at the Savannah River Site where she played a major part in delivering $1.4B of life cycle return on investments to DOE by completing the remediation and closure of several reactors and other projects in a 30-month period. All within the established cost and schedule baseline thresholds. She continued to expand her career into the CFO/Business Management discipline with her leadership of the business functions at the Fluor-BWXT D&D Project and the DUF6 Project. She was the Fluor project manager for the DUF6 Project in Lexington, KY. Other assignments in Contracts and Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources has rounded out her career and provides her with the key elements of a well-rounded leader. Her willingness to take on challenging roles throughout her career has gained her recognition throughout the Fluor and DOE Complex.

Sharon has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and a graduate degree in Business Administration.

Prior to joining the BNH team, Mr. Matoushek was the EVP & GM leading Astrion’s Test & Evaluation, Operations & Maintenance, and Research & Development contracts for their Army customers. He served as Astrion’s Huntsville Center of Excellence Lead Executive, as well as on the board of the Huntsville chapter of the International Test & Evaluation Association (ITEA). His previous on contract leadership role was Program Manager for the Redstone Test Center’s enterprise contract - RTC Wide Engineering and Support Services (RWESS). Before coming to ERC (now Astrion) in 2007 to support the Orion software team at the Johnson Space Center Engineering and Science Contract Group (ESCG), Matt spent a number of years developing software during the dot-com boom and engineering hardware and software solutions into small wireless sensor networks for the Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs. He enjoyed supporting the Orion flight software Communications and Tracking (C&T) requirements and is proud of the dissimilar voice launch protocol developments. In 2010, Matt and his family took the opportunity to transition from NASA in Houston to the Army in Huntsville to lead the Test Area 1 missile flight test workforce on the Missiles and Sensors Test Directorate (MSTD) contract. He then led the climatic and dynamic test workforce as Program Manager on the Climatic, Dynamic, and Propulsion (CDP) contract in 2016. Matt enjoys team building, developing relationships to solve problems, and spreading a support contract culture of empowerment rooted in servant leadership philosophies. Matt holds a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and a MS degree in Engineering Management from the Florida Institue of Technology.
