Mr. Michael Brewer is experienced in leading large test and evaluation organizations in complex, high-visibility and high-risk environments as well as managing the accompanying test and base support infrastructure.
He has commanded numerous Air Force Test & Evaluation organizations including the Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), 412th Test Wing (Edwards AFB), Arnold Engineering and Development Center (AEDC), and the 46th Test Wing (Eglin AFB). Additionally, having served as the Director of United States Air Force Test and Evaluation (AF/TE) and the Director, Planning, Programming, Requirements & Analysis for Air Force Materiel Command, Mr. Brewer is experienced in Test & Evaluation policy and resourcing for both developmental and operational testing. Mr. Brewer also has served as the Test and Evaluation Executive Director, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) responsible for the TSA Systems Integration Facility composed of multiple laboratories executing developmental, certification, and qualification testing. Mr. Brewer is a graduate of the United States Air Force Test Pilot School.
